Every citation is verified against our database of California state and federal cases. We never output hallucinated citations. If a case cannot be verified, it is flagged and removed from the draft. Our citation accuracy rate is over 99%.

We currently support 29 motion types across Civil Litigation, Family Law, and Employment. This includes MSJ, demurrers, motions to compel, RFOs, custody modifications, arbitration motions, and more. Personal Injury and Criminal Defense are coming Q2 2025.

How long does it take to generate a motion?

Accepted Answer

Most motions generate in 5-15 minutes depending on complexity. A demurrer takes about 10 minutes. A motion for summary judgment takes about 15 minutes. Compare this to the 4-8 hours of manual drafting.

Can I edit the generated motions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All motions export to Word format for full editing. You can also regenerate specific sections if needed. Re-generations of the same motion don't count against your monthly limit.
